The contact workspace offers a centralized place to track and manage activity with a specific lead or client. You can view all email communication, client payments, create and send emails for that contact, add new projects, and more.
The contact workspace view is available for clients and leads in your contacts list. It isn't available for project collaborators or team members.
Access the contact workspace
There are 3 ways to access the workspace:

What you can view and manage
Edit contact details
Click Edit by the Contact Info section
Make any necessary changes to the client's information
Add a project
Click the plus (+) sign by the Related projects section
Choose if you'd like to add the client to a new or existing project
Enter or select the project name
Click ADD TO PROJECT
Send emails
Select the Communication tab to view all communication history with the client
Select COMPOSE EMAIL to open the email composer
Enter and edit your message, including:
Edit the subject line (if you’ve started a new message)
Insert an email template
Format your email to your liking
Insert a link
Add a smart field
Insert a session link
Add your email signature
Choose if you'd like to assign the email to a project
Assign to project: Click the checkbox and select the relevant project from the drop-down
Choose to either:
Reply to the most recent email sent in the corresponding project, which will keep the same subject line and create an email thread
Or, select start a new message to create a new email thread in the project
Send a standalone email: Keep the assign to project checkbox unchecked
Once sent, the email and any client replies will be trackable only from the contact workspace. You'll receive notifications if the client responds
Click Send when you're ready
Or, schedule the email to send at a later date
View upcoming meetings
From the Meetings tab, you'll be able to view any upcoming meetings with the client.
View client worth
From the Payments tab, you'll see a client worth widget that shows invoice history.
Send a pay link
From the Payments tab, you can send the client a pay link: a one-off request for payment, no project required.

View and add contact notes
From the Notes tab, you can view previous notes and add new notes for the contact. These notes are visible only to you.
