Pro tips for smarter contact management
Tag or categorize contacts to improve sorting and lead segmentation
Add internal notes to track preferences, updates, or project milestones
Link multiple projects to the same contact to view their full journey
Use filters and tags to simulate “groups” for campaigns or workflows
Even though HoneyBook doesn't offer traditional groups, using filters and custom fields makes segmentation easy and powerful
