To keep everything in one place, HoneyBook enables you to directly email your clients through a project, eliminating the need to switch between HoneyBook and your email. This feature is available on both the iOS and Android app. You can also attach images, PDFs, or supported HoneyBook files to your messages.
Emails you send through a projects will go to all participants associated with that particular workspace.
Send an email
Find and open the project that you'll send the email through.
You can use the search icon or go to the Projects tab
Select Send Email to create a new email or Reply to respond in an email thread
Email threads are only available if you've connected your email account
If you're starting a new email, enter the subject line
If you're responding in a thread, changing the subject line will start a new email thread instead
Write the email body (or use an email template if you're writing a new email)
If you're responding in a thread, using an email template will start a new email thread instead since the subject line would be changed
Select Send
Find out if your email was viewed
Find and open the project that you'll view the email through
You can use the search icon or go to the Projects tab
Go to the Activity tab > tap the email you want to see viewing analytics on
This will open the full view of the email (which includes recipient names, attachments, how many times the email was opened, etc.)
Above the email's subject line, tap Email Opened X Times
From here, you can view which recipients opened the email, how many times they opened it, and when they last time they opened it was.
