Batch emails work like email blasts. When you send a batch email:
You'll send a single email to multiple clients
You can choose recipients from your entire list of contacts, regardless of whether they're involved in projects or not
Each email will get sent individually, similar to how blind carbon copy (BCC) works
If you prefer to search through your project pipeline (not contacts list) to send an email blast, consider sending a bulk email instead.
From the navigation menu, select Tools > Batch emails
Select Create new batch email
Enter the subject and content of your email
Smart fields and email signatures can be added
If you're sending a marketing email, it's best practice to add an unsubscribe link
Select Next
Select the recipients you want to send the email to
When you're ready, select Send Email
Your batch email will send, and you can review the email and track its status (such as recipients and open rates) from within the batch emails tool. Batch emails are not tracked in HoneyBook projects
Feature limitations
The batch email action is available only to users that have their email integrated with HoneyBook
Batch emails are for one-time emails, not setting up a drip campaign or recurring emails
Adding recipients from your contacts list:
You must select recipients one-by-one
You can search for and choose specific contacts to add as recipients
You cannot filter or organize the contacts list that you select recipients from based on project information
Within a 24-hour period:
You can send a maximum of 4 separate batch emails to multiple recipients
You can send emails to a maximum of 200 recipients
