You can send group emails to multiple clients by sending a batch email. This will send a single email to multiple clients, but each email will get sent individually (similar to how Bcc: works).
Batch emails let you choose people to send emails to from your entire list of contacts, regardless of whether they're involved in specific projects or not. These emails are designed to send information you want to share with everyone, without sorting or filtering potential recipients based on project information.
Batch emails aren't recorded in any HoneyBook project. To send batch emails, first you'll need to set up an email integration in HoneyBook.
📣 Note
The batch email feature is currently available for one-time emails, and is not able to set up a drip campaign or recurring emails.
Send a group email
From the top navigation menu, select Clients > Batch Emails
Select + New Batch
You must integrate your email before moving forward
Enter the subject line and content of your batch email
Smart fields and email signatures can be added underneath where you add the email's copy
If you're sending a marketing email, a best practice is to add an unsubscribe link
You can add this underneath where you add the email's copy
If you use a custom domain for your emails, send a test email
If any errors happen, they'll appear on your Integrations page
When you're ready, scroll down and select Next
Select the email's recipients by checking the box next to their names. This list is based on your Contacts list
Learn more about selecting recipients
When all the recipients have been added, select Send Email
The batch email will begin sending
You can stay on this page until it's done or select Done
If you leave this page, the emails will still continue sending
Now that your email has been sent, you'll even be able to review the email and track its status—recipients, open rates, etc.—from within the batch email tool.
