Email clients in a project

Use the project activity feed to contact your clients by sending them a message.

Updated over a month ago

To help you keep everything organized, HoneyBook lets you email your clients directly through the activity feed of a project. This eliminates the need to switch between HoneyBook and your email.

  1. Find and open the project you'd like to send an message in

    1. You can search using the search bar, or find the project from your pipeline

  2. Select the Activity tab of the project

  3. Click the Reply to:/Sent to: field to open the email composer

  4. Decide if you want to reply to the most recently-received email (note that this is only possible if you've integrated your email) or start a new message

  5. From the Send to: or Reply to: field, set the message recipients. You can:

    • Keep as-is

    • Select the plus (+) sign to add a new project participant who will receive the message, or

    • Click the X by a recipient's name to remove them from the message

  6. Select Send to send immediately, or the dropdown next to it > Schedule send to schedule the email

    1. If you need to undo the send, you can click Undo for up to 5 seconds after you select Send

The recipients will get your message in their email inboxes and it will also appear to them in the project's activity feed.
