Use HoneyBook to send messages and keep track of your emails in one place. HoneyBook organizes and tracks all relevant communication in a project by looking at the sender, recipients, and threading of messages. If a message meets the specified criteria, it will be displayed in the corresponding project's activity feed. This allows project participants to reference the message along with other important project details.
This article won't cover what emails each project participant might receive, just which ones will appear in the project workspace. Learn more about what emails each participant type will receive.
📣 Note
These rules apply whether you have email integration set up or not. Integrating your email allows you to change the sender email and ensures that all communication you send through HoneyBook appears in your email inbox. However, it does not mean that all messages from you or your clients will appear in HoneyBook.
What emails appear in a project
Any messages sent directly through the project’s activity feed
Responses (can be sent through the project’s activity feed or an email inbox) sent to a message that originated in the HoneyBook project
No other emails or messages will appear in a project. This includes any new email threads started from your email inbox instead of HoneyBook (regardless of whether you have your email integrated.
