HoneyBook is partnering with Pic-Time to make it easier for photographers to stay on top of their projects and services. As an active Pic-Time Pro user, you can receive one year free for your new HoneyBook membership.

We’ll answer some frequently-asked questions about the Pic-Time offer below.

Who’s eligible for this offer?

This offer is valid only for Pic-Time Complete Professional and Advanced users who are first-time HoneyBook members based in the United States and Canada (Quebec excluded).

This offer can be applied to HoneyBook Starter and Essentials plans only.

What do I get with this offer?

When you subscribe through our promotion with Pic-Time, you’ll receive your first year free. After the promotional period ends, your HoneyBook membership will automatically renew at the standard rate.

You’ll have access to all of the features and tools included in your HoneyBook plan. This includes an integration with Pic-Time so you can connect existing galleries (and create new ones!) and view all of your deliverable details in one place.

How do I redeem the Pic-Time offer?

Before you get started: Make sure you’ve connected your eligible Pic-Time account with HoneyBook.

  • When you begin a HoneyBook account through Pic-Time, you’ll receive a prompt to connect your Pic-Time account immediately.

  • If you did not see a prompt to connect your Pic-Time account, you’ll be able to do so after entering the promo code PICTIME at checkout (step 4).

You must be a Pic-Time Complete Professional or Advanced user to redeem this offer.

To redeem this offer:

1. From your new HoneyBook trial account, head over to the membership page.

2. Toggle between either Monthly or Yearly billing.

3. Under the pricing option you'd like, select CHOOSE PLAN.

4. Enter your payment information.

📣 Note

If you’ve already connected your Pic-Time account with HoneyBook, the promotion should automatically apply and reflect in the pricing.

If you have not connected your Pic-Time account with HoneyBook, enter the promo code: PICTIME. After doing so, you’ll be prompted to connect your eligible Pic-Time account to redeem the offer.

  • If you’re on a free Pic-Time plan, you’ll need to upgrade to Professional or Advanced to redeem this offer.

5. Click PAY to begin your HoneyBook membership at the discounted rate.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade my Pic-Time account?

In order to be eligible for a free year of HoneyBook, you must remain on an eligible Pic-Time plan (Pic-Time Professional or Advanced) for the duration of the year. If you cancel your Pic-Time plan or downgrade to the free plan, your HoneyBook free account will be canceled upon plan change and you will be notified via email.

For example: If you cancel your Pic-Time Professional plan on January 3rd, but you have access to the Professional plan until the end of your billing cycle on January 18th, your HoneyBook account will be canceled on January 18th when your Pic-Time plan moves from Professional (eligible for offer) to free (not eligible for offer).

Can I redeem this offer and use a referral code or any other discount?

No, only one discount can be applied to your HoneyBook subscription.

Are current HoneyBook members eligible to redeem this offer?

No, this offer is available only for the first subscription of new members.

Do I have to be on a specific Pic-Time plan to integrate Pic-Time with HoneyBook?

To redeem the Pic-Time offer (one year free for your new HoneyBook subscription), you must be a Pic-Time Complete Professional or Advanced user.

The Pic-Time integration, however, is not limited to specific Pic-Time plans. It can be used as long as you have a HoneyBook account that you integrate with Pic-Time.
