Create a connected Pic-Time gallery automatically, once payment is received in a HoneyBook project

Before you get started: Make sure you’ve connected your Pic-Time account to HoneyBook.

1. From any page, click your profile photo in the top right corner of your screen > select Company Settings from the menu.

2. Click the Integrations tab.

3. In the Pic-Time section, toggle Auto-create galleries ON.

Now, whenever a client makes their first payment in a HoneyBook project, a gallery in Pic-Time will be automatically created based on the project details. The gallery will not be visible to the client until you adjust it in Pic-Time.

📣 Note

This setting does not work retroactively. Only first-time payments made in HoneyBook projects moving forward will trigger a gallery to be created and connected in Pic-Time.
