Can I make my team members' calendars visible to each other?

If you're a HoneyBook account owner, you can see all the projects you've created or have been invited to. Team members in your HoneyBook account have their own separate calendars, and they can see the projects they've created or have been invited to.

If you want everyone to see all team members' calendars, you can enable this in Company Settings > Team. This will activate the team calendar view, which allows team members to toggle between viewing their own projects or projects across teams.

Can I share my calendar with my team members?

To allow a team member to view your calendar, sync your external calendar with HoneyBook. After syncing, go to your external calendar and share it with the team member. Once they have also synced their external calendar with HoneyBook, they will have access to all the relevant information on your calendar.

Can I get my mobile calendar to sync with HoneyBook too?

You can sync your HoneyBook calendar and the calendar on your mobile device together. You'll need to add the email account for the calendars you want on your phone to your device's settings. Learn how to add calendars to your iPhone or how to add calendars to your Android device.

The calendars you've added to your mobile device should use the same emails as the ones you've synced with HoneyBook. Once you do this, you'll also need to make sure HoneyBook has access to your calendars in your phone's settings.

  1. Go to your mobile device's settings

  2. Find the HoneyBook settings

  3. Allow HoneyBook to access the calendars on your device

What happens to my calendar when I travel to a different time zone?

When you travel to a different time zone, your HoneyBook Calendar will reflect the new time zone; as soon as you're home, it will revert back to your home time zone.

How should I manage my time zone if I don't observe Daylight Savings Time?

If you live in the areas of Arizona or Canada that don’t observe daylight saving time, be sure to select the option for your time zone that does not automatically adjust during time changes.

For example, those areas of Arizona that don't observe daylight saving time should select the MST time zone, instead of the MDT/MST time zone in your Company Settings.
