You can send group emails to multiple clients by sending a batch email. This will send a single email to multiple clients, but each email will get sent individually, similar to how blind carbon copy (BCC) works.
Batch emails let you choose people to send emails to from your entire list of contacts, regardless of whether they're involved in specific projects or not. These emails are designed to send information you want to share with everyone, without sorting or filtering potential recipients based on project information.
Batch emails aren't recorded in HoneyBook projects. To send batch emails, you must first integrate your email with HoneyBook.
📣 Note
The batch emails feature is currently available for one-time emails, but not setting up a drip campaign or recurring emails.
From the navigation menu, select Tools > Batch emails
Select Create new batch email

Smart fields and email signatures can be added
If you're sending a marketing email, it's best practice to add an unsubscribe link
Select Send test if you'd like to send a preview to your business email address
Select Next
Select the recipients you want to send the email to
When you're ready, select Send Email
Now that your email has been sent, you'll be able to review the email and track its status such as recipients and open rates from within the batch emails tool.
