HoneyBook’s mobile app — available on iOS and Android — is a great supplementary tool to the desktop experience. With the mobile app, you can easily respond to new Inquiries, create Projects, communicate with your clients, receive instant payment notifications, and more — all on the go!
Here are the features currently available on iOS and Android:
iOS Features
From the iOS app, you can:
- View and manage your Project Pipeline
- Use the search bar to find existing Projects, files, and contacts
- Create new Projects
- Add & remove participants from Projects
- Email your clients
- Create & send Invoices, from scratch or using Templates
- Create & send Contracts, from scratch or using Templates
- Create & send Proposals, from scratch or using Templates
- Create & send Questionnaires, from scratch or using Templates
- Send existing Brochure Templates & edit Brochure settings
- Send non-HoneyBook file attachments to clients
- View & send already drafted files
- View, edit, and resend previously-sent Invoices, Contracts, and Proposals
- View previously-sent Brochures and Questionnaires
- Respond to new Inquiries
- Access your Calendar
- Access your full task list and add new Tasks
- Switch between multiple companies
From the iOS app, at the moment, you cannot:
- Create new Timelines
- Edit Brochure Templates' content before sending
- Create any new Templates (including files, emails, packages, etc.)
- Update Company Settings
- Access advanced tools like Bookkeeping, Reports, Contact Form, and Workflows

From the Android app, you can:
