Hide a project from your pipeline

Simplify your project pipeline by hiding projects from it, and learn how to find hidden projects.

Updated over 2 months ago

If you want to removed projects from your pipeline, use the Do not track pipeline stage. This will pull the project off the pipeline, but can still be accessed from any other project. If you use related workspaces, you can set the project on those related workspaces to Do not track while keeping it on the pipeline of your main workspace.

πŸ“š Tip

When you were added as a collaborator to a project, then that project will not appear on your pipeline by default.

Mark a project as "do not track"

  1. Find and open the project you want to mark as "do not track" by using the search bar or using the project pipeline to get to the project workspace

  2. Select the Stage drop-down in the right navigation menu > select Do not track on pipeline

From here, this project won't appear on your project pipeline. You can still access it using the search bar or through another project's workspace. Projects can be put back on the pipeline if you update their Stage.

Locate projects marked "do not track"

1. Find and open any project you want to mark as "do not track" by using the search bar or using the project pipeline to get to the project workspace

2. Below the top navigation menu, select the Projects menu

3. Select Filter by Stage > select Untracked Projects

4. Select the project you want to view from the updated list
