Unarchive a project

Move your projects from an archived state back into your active pipeline

Updated this week

When you unarchive the project, it essentially changes the project back to "active." You might unarchive a project if efforts are picked back up after previously being put on hold or canceled indefinitely.

How to unarchive a project

  1. Find and open the project you want to unarchive

    1. You can use the search bar or go to the Archived stage of your project pipeline

  2. Move the project to an active pipeline stage

    1. How you do this depends on what you're looking at:

      1. Your project pipeline: Hover over the project, then select the Options icon > Move Stage > another stage > MOVE

      2. The project workspace: In the "Stage" dropdown, select another stage

What happens when you unarchive

When you unarchive a project:

  • It becomes active again in your project pipeline

  • All previously-sent files will remain expired, but you can manually un-expire specific files if you want your clients to still take action on them

  • You can create and share new files

  • Any automations runs will remain stopped and will not resume
