When you’re linking your Canadian bank account to HoneyBook, you’ll need to supply documents that confirm the information you provide. Each section below provides the list of documents you can supply. When you upload these documents, there are some requirements you must meet. If the document doesn’t meet these requirements, it’ll get rejected and you’ll need to upload a new image.

Uploading your passport or driver’s license could be the simplest options when confirming your identity.

If HoneyBook can’t verify a business owner or director, try the following:
Update director details
Select View and edit next to the business owner, then review and correct the information
Upload matching documentation
Select View and edit next to the business owner, then reupload documents that match the information you provided
Check number of directors
Make sure the number of directors listed in HoneyBook matches your documents
Select View and edit next to the business owner, then add or remove directors as needed
