Let clients select their session type

Give your clients the option to select the session type of their choice, then book time

When you’re creating a file or lead form, you can add a services block which lets clients choose services. One of the options within this block type is to provide service selection with session, which allows your client to select a session type, then schedule time for that session. If you'd like to charge for the session, you can. If you'd like this to be a public experience, use a lead form.

  1. First, get started working on a smart file or lead form

  2. From within your file or form, click the large plus (+) sign to add a new block > select Services

  3. In the right menu, select Start from blank + > Service selection with scheduling

    1. A services block will be added to the page, and a new page with a scheduler block will also be added

  4. Add your first session type:

    1. From the services page, select Add session > select the session type you want to add

    2. If you'd like to charge for the session, add a unit price to the session, then follow the steps below to ensure your file is set up correctly

  5. If you'd like, add another session type:

    1. Click into the Services block

    2. Select + Add > Row of service items

    3. Select Add session > select the session type you want to add

    4. If you'd like to charge for the session, add a unit price to the session, then follow the steps below to ensure your file is set up correctly

  6. Finish building your smart file or lead form, then share it out


If you'd like to charge for the session

  1. From the right sidebar, select + Add page

    1. If you don’t see this option, select the X at the top left of the right sidebar first

  2. Select + Start from blank > Invoice & Pay

  3. Select + Start from blank > select the invoice type

  4. The service selection with scheduling will automatically appear on the invoice

  5. Below this, add any additional items or services you want to charge for by selecting + Add service item

  6. A payment page will also be added to the file or form so the client can make their payment
