When you’re creating a smart file or lead form, you can add a services block which offers clients a selection of services. One of the options within this block type is to provide service selection with scheduling, which allows your client to select a session type, then schedule a meeting.
Add service selection with scheduling
First, get started working on a smart file or lead form
From within your file or form, click the large plus (+) sign to add a new block > select Services
In the right menu, select Start from blank + > Service selection with scheduling
A services block will be added to the page, and a new page with a scheduler block will also be added
Add a session:
Select Add session > select the session type you want to add
Mouse over the session in the smart file and click on it
From the right sidebar, update the Unit price if you'd like to charge for the session*
If you charge for the session, be sure to follow the steps below to ensure your file is set up correctly
If you'd like, add another session type (your client can choose between the session types):
Select + Add > Row of service items
Select Add session > select the session type you want to add
Select + Add, then add more services to the block if you'd like
*If you'd like to charge for the session
From the right sidebar, select + Add page
If you don’t see this option, select the X at the top of the menu
Select + Start from blank > Invoice & Pay
Select + Start from blank > select whether the invoice is standard or recurring
The service selection with scheduling will automatically appear on the invoice
Below this, add any additional services you want to include on the invoice by selecting + Add service item

A payment page will also be added to the file or form so the client can make a payment towards the invoice
