Recipients of a view-only link can view the file without taking actions, and won't see other project files or details—perfect if you have other people who need to be in the know on a specific file, but don't need to take any actions.
📣 Note
This setting is visible only when working on a smart file in a project. It is not available on the template level.
Share a view-only smart file
From the top navigation menu, select the search bar to find the smart file you want to share
You can also select Projects > select that project that holds the file you want to share > select the file you want to share
In the Security and File Access section, toggle on Enable view-only access to this file
Select Copy View-Only Link
Finish working on your smart file
