Use our free file transformation service to get your documents uploaded to HoneyBook.

Get your existing business documents (like brochures, Google forms, and contracts) transferred into HoneyBook when you subscribe. After you upload your documents, the HoneyBook team will begin converting your existing documents to smart files, getting you up and running within 72 hours of subscribing.

Once your materials are set up, you can edit them as needed.

How the free file transformation service works

The free file transformation service allows you to send existing business documents to HoneyBook. These files will get added to your HoneyBook account as templates, saving you time and effort in setting up your account.

You can send 3 uploads in total. Once you've uploaded your first round of documents, you'll have 14 days to upload any additional documents you need.

You can send in:

  • Pricing lists

  • Packages

  • Service lists

  • Contract language

  • Lead and client questionnaires

  • and more

How to upload materials

Once you've subscribed to HoneyBook, visit Account setup. From here, you can upload your documents.

🎨 Size, file type, and other requirements

  • Be sure to use these formats: .doc, .pdf, .jpg, .png

  • Each document you upload must be 15MB or less

  • HoneyBook can take up to 10 of each document type

Where to find your newly transferred materials

Once your documents are done transferring to HoneyBook, you can find them under My Templates.

To get to My Templates:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Templates

  2. Select File templates


Can I transfer files directly from my current service to HoneyBook?

There isn't a way to directly push your account information from another platform to HoneyBook, but you'll likely be able to export your information or save documents as PDFs. Once you've extracted the materials you need, you can upload them for our team.
