The HoneyBook integration with Facebook Lead Ads and Instagram Lead Ads allows you to collect leads from these platforms and add them to your project pipeline. This integration is available for HoneyBook Essentials and Premium plan members.
Each lead generated through Facebook or Instagram will create a new project in your HoneyBook account, similar to inquiries through your contact form. These new leads will automatically be labeled as coming from Facebook, regardless of their actual source.
This allows you to track these social leads using your lead reports and gain insights into the performance of different lead sources for your business.
How to integrate lead ads with HoneyBook
Once you've created ads and set up Lead Ads for Instagram or Facebook, you can integrate your Lead Ads with HoneyBook.
To successfully integrate accounts and review settings in Instagram or Facebook, you must have Admin access to the Facebook account. Learn how to check your role.
From the top navigation menu, select Tools > select Integrations
Find the "Meta leads" card > select Connect
Log into your Facebook account
This account should be linked to the Ads Manager for your Facebook Business account
Select the Facebook and Instagram pages you want to connect
This won't grant HoneyBook access to post on your behalf
Select Add Facebook Page
Select the Facebook pages that have active Lead Ads (regardless of whether they're Facebook or Instagram ads) > select Connect Page
From here, you can tell your Facebook page was connected successfully if you see it listed in the Facebook Leads section back in HoneyBook. If you want to add more pages, select Add Facebook Page. If you want to remove the page, select the trash can icon.
Now, any leads coming from that page's Lead Ads will become HoneyBook projects that begin in the inquiry stage.
