If no leads from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads are appearing in your HoneyBook pipeline, here are some things you can check to help make sure this happens automatically.
This article is about integrating with Meta ads, a feature of HoneyBook's Essentials and Premium plan.
Remove the integration from your Facebook account
Log into to your Facebook Ads Manager > head to the Business Integrations section
You must have Admin access to see this page
In the "Active Business Integrations" section, remove the HoneyBook integration by checkbox next to it > select Remove > select Remove on the confirmation pop-up
Move into your HoneyBook account and re-add the page you were having trouble with
Remove and re-add the Facebook page in your HoneyBook account
From the top navigation menu, select Tools > select Integrations
Find the Meta Leads card > select Configure Lead Ads
Remove the Facebook page you need to fix by selecting the trash can icon
Re-add the Facebook page by selecting Add Facebook Page
Head back into your Facebook account to make sure all the permissions are set correctly
Return to Facebook to check the page's permissions
Log back into your Facebook Ads Manager > head to the Business Integrations section
You must have Admin access to see this page
In the "Active Business Integrations" section, select View and Edit under the HoneyBook logo
If you don't see the HoneyBook logo listed here, make sure you've completed the integration
Enable these permissions:
Manage your Pages
Show a list of the Pages you manage
Access leads for your Pages
Select Save
Make a test inquiry to check that everything's set up right and confirm you no longer have an issue
