Log into your Facebook Business page
You must be an admin to add your lead form
Select the Home tab in your Facebook Business page
Select your profile picture in your Facebook Business page
Select + Add a Button
Select Contact Us
Paste the link to your lead form or the website your lead form was embedded onto
Capture leads on Instagram
Embed your lead form on a website or retrieve the lead form's public link
Log into your Instagram Business page
Select Edit Profile on your Instagram Business page
Find the "Website" field > paste the link to your lead form or the website your lead form was embedded onto
Select Done
