Learn how to collect leads on your Facebook and Instagram Business pages that will arrive in HoneyBook with no extra effort from you.

Does your business's Facebook and Instagram pages generate a lot of leads? Are people messaging you to book your services, but you have to manually add them to HoneyBook? Even if you don't use Lead Ads, you can still collect leads through Facebook and Instagram.

Direct people contacting your Facebook and Instagram to connect with you through the HoneyBook lead form. You can embed this form on your Facebook site or include the direct link in your bio or about me section. the lead form lets you ask potential clients a series of questions and automatically send the information to your HoneyBook account. Incoming requests will appear as inquiries in your project pipeline.

The direct link is a stand-alone version of your lead form. You can share a branded URL with clients where they can fill out the form. Their information will also be sent to your project pipeline as an inquiry.


Capture leads on Facebook

  1. Embed your lead form on a website or retrieve the lead form's public link

  2. Log into your Facebook Business page

    1. You must be an admin to add your lead form

  3. Select the Home tab in your Facebook Business page

  4. Select your profile picture in your Facebook Business page

  5. Select + Add a Button

  6. Select Contact Us

  7. Paste the link to your lead form or the website your lead form was embedded onto


Capture leads on Instagram

  1. Embed your lead form on a website or retrieve the lead form's public link

  2. Log into your Instagram Business page

  3. Select Edit Profile on your Instagram Business page

  4. Find the "Website" field > paste the link to your lead form or the website your lead form was embedded onto

  5. Select Done
