If your Meta Lead Ads integration isn’t sending new leads from Facebook or Instagram into your HoneyBook pipeline, it usually means something needs to be reconnected or reauthorized.
This article walks you through how to check your permissions, reconnect your Facebook account, and test your setup to restore your automatic lead syncing.
Before you start
The Meta Lead Ads integration is available on Essentials and Premium plans
Make sure you have Facebook access to your Facebook Page and Meta Ads Manager
You’ll need to log in to both HoneyBook and Facebook to complete these steps

Remove the HoneyBook integration from Facebook
Sometimes, the integration can lose permission to send data between Facebook and HoneyBook. Removing and re-adding it can refresh the connection.
Log in to your Facebook account
Select your profile picture > Settings & privacy > Settings
From the left navigation menu, scroll down and under “Your activity,” select Business integrations
In your list of active business integrations, find HoneyBook and select Remove > Remove > Done
Remove and re-add the Facebook Page in HoneyBook
Log in to your HoneyBook account
From the navigation menu, select your company logo > Company settings
Select Integrations
Find the “Meta Leads” card, then select Configure
Find the Facebook Page that isn’t syncing, then select the trash can icon > Remove page
Select Add Facebook Page, then follow the prompts to reconnect
Check and enable Facebook Page permissions
If permissions are missing or disabled, HoneyBook can’t collect new leads.
Go back to your Facebook account
Select your profile picture > Settings & privacy > Settings
From the left navigation menu, scroll down and under “Your activity,” select Business integrations
In your list of active business integrations, find HoneyBook and select View and edit
If HoneyBook isn’t listed, remove and re-add the Facebook Page in your HoneyBook account again to ensure the integration is active
Enable these permissions:
Manage your business
Access leads for your Pages
Show a list of the Pages you manage
Select Save
Test the integration
After updating your permissions:
Create a test lead form from your connected Facebook Page or Instagram ad
In your HoneyBook account, go to your pipeline and confirm that the test lead appears
If the test submission still doesn’t appear, try repeating the steps above, then test again.
If leads still don’t appear
If you’ve followed all steps and leads still aren’t syncing:
From the navigation menu in HoneyBook, select your company logo > Company settings
Select Integrations
Find the “Meta Leads” card, then select Disconnect > Disconnect. Then, select Connect and follow the prompts to reconnect

Select the Question Mark icon on any HoneyBook page
Select Message us > Send us a message
To connect with a person, enter “Talk to a person”
Include the following details:
The Facebook Page name
A screenshot of your Business integrations settings
A brief description of the issue
