Since HoneyBook's booking platform is designed to accept payments, right now, they're an integral part of the platform and cannot be turned off.
If you need to let your clients know that you'd prefer another payment method, we'd recommend calling that out in the email you send along with the file!
You can, of course, choose to only accept credit card payments or only accept bank transfer payments. For more information on editing the payment options that are available to your clients, click here.
