Use the app to manage your HoneyBook debit card

Manage your HoneyBook debit card on the go by adding virtual cards through the app and ordering or activating the physical debit card.

Managing your money where you manage your business can be on the go with HoneyBook Balance. Use the app to add your virtual debit card to your digital wallet, order a physical debit card, or activate your physical debit card.


Order a physical debit card from the app

One of the first things you should do once you get a HoneyBook Balance business checking account is order a physical debit card, which you can do from the HoneyBook app.

  1. From the bottom navigation menu, tap Tools

  2. Under Finance, tap Balance

  3. At the top of your screen, tap the triple-dot menu > tap Manage cards

  4. Enter the code sent to your phone into the 2-step verification prompt

  5. Tap Order now

  6. Check that the shipping address is correct > tap Order card

    1. If the shipping address is wrong, tap Contact support to get it updated

    2. The card will take 10–14 business days to arrive

    3. If the card hasn't arrived after 14 business days, contact support by clicking the Question Mark icon on any HoneyBook page

  7. Once the card arrives, activate it by following the steps below


Activate your physical debit card form the app

Once your physical debit card arrives, you’ll need to activate it before you can use it at stores.

  1. From the bottom navigation menu, tap Tools

  2. Under Finance, tap Balance

  3. At the top of your screen, tap the triple-dot menu > tap Manage cards

  4. Enter the code sent to your phone into the 2-step verification prompt

  5. Tap Activate

  6. Enter the card’s expiration date and CVV (the 3 numbers on the back of the card)

  7. Set a pin code for the card

  8. Tap Got it
