Troubleshooting steps for priority lead notifications

If you're not receiving priority lead notifications, but think you should be, here are a few potential reasons why and steps to fix.

Push notifications not enabled

If you're not receiving priority lead notifications on your mobile device, be sure to download the most up-to-date version of the HoneyBook mobile app and enable push notifications.

Not using the HoneyBook contact form and/or lead form

Priority lead notifications work only for leads that come in via HoneyBook contact form or lead form. Learn how to set up a lead form here.

Not enough historical data

In order to give you the most accurate results, you’ll need to have received at least 20 inquiries via contact form or lead form to get priority lead notifications. If you haven't met that threshold, you'll need to wait until you do.

No identified priority leads

Still not seeing priority lead notifications? The model may not have determined that any leads are significantly more likely to book or book a higher value. So long as you've followed the above troubleshooting steps, there’s nothing else you need to do—you’ll receive a priority lead notification as soon as one comes in.
