What to do if you're not receiving priority lists

Troubleshooting steps to fix issues with HoneyBook AI's priority lists

If you're not receiving priority lists, there are a few things to check and be aware of. Note that it's currently not possible to retroactively generate a priority list.


Check the cadence you've set to receive priority lists

From your settings, you can adjust the frequency at which you receive priority lists. Make sure you've set this to whatever works best for your business. If you set the frequency to every weekday, for example, you will not receive priority lists on Saturdays and Sundays.


Ensure the feature is turned on

Note some feature restrictions

It's important to note that if HoneyBook AI does not identify valid priorities, it will not send a priority list. At this time, it is not possible to retroactively generate a priority list. Additionally:

  • Priority lists will only be sent if you've sent a file within the past 45 days

  • Priority lists are sent only to account owners
