Legacy questionnaire files FAQs

Answers to frequently-asked questions about legacy questionnaires, editing questionnaires, and limiting who'll get the questionnaire.

Updated over a week ago

Can I create a questionnaire without creating a project?

No, you must create a project if you want to create a legacy questionnaire file. This is because the questionnaire will be tied to that file for easy access as well as so you can get properly notified of changes to it. You can create questionnaire templates without a project, but you must use a project if you want to share a questionnaire with a client.

Can my client edit their questionnaire answers after they submit it?

No, your client will not be able to edit any answers once they submit the questionnaire.

How do I limit who in my project will get the questionnaire?

If you've added multiple participants to your project but you only need to send the questionnaire to one (or a certain subset of the participants), you can create a related workspace within your project to do so.
