My client's file isn't being accepted by the file upload block. What should we do?
If your client needs to upload a file that's larger than 15MB, here are a few suggestions:
Ask them to upload the file to a repository service (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive and send you that link using another field in your smart file
Have them reply back via email to include any needed attachments
Ask them to upload directly to their client portal (inside the project, the client will see a large UPLOAD button)
Also note that PDF uploads are not currently supported in file upload blocks in lead forms.

Clients cannot remove files they've uploaded unless you edit the smart file that includes the upload block.

There currently is not a character limit for either the short text or long text response fields.
