Ask for pronouns on a questionnaire
From your top navigation bar, select Templates > File templates to find a template (or create one!) you want to add this question to
Once in the questionnaire, select the plus (+) button to add a new question > select the question type from the settings sidebar
Use the short text format so your client can manually enter their pronouns and not be limited to pre-determined options
Type your question into the blank Type your question here field > add any placeholder text by typing into the blank Type your placeholder here field
Your changes will automatically save, then you can get started sharing your updated questionnaire with clients.
