If I have multiple vendors, how do I keep them from communicating with each other?

If you want to keep your vendors from being able to communicate with each other, you'll need to create a related workspace for each of them, then add only one vendor as a collaborator to each related workspace.

Why can't my client access a project even though I added the right email?

If your client can't access the project even though you added the right email, they might not be logged into the right email account. Have them log out of their email, then log into the same email account you added to the project before accessing the project again.

If that doesn't work, check for typos in the email you added to the project.

What should I do if I accidentally assign a project to the wrong team member?

If you assign a project to the wrong team member, they'll need to assign the project back to you. Once they do this, you can then assign the project to the right team member.

Will project participants get notified if I remove them from a project?

No, project participants will not get any notifications if they're removed from a project.
