Get to know what's going on in your projects, from client activity to notifications about scheduling.

Your project workspaces has an activity feed specifically for that project. The notifications in the activity feed contain links to the relevant activity (e.g., the smart file that was signed or the meeting that was scheduled). The most recent activity appearing at the top, and you can't filter these notifications.

This project workspace activity feed will have notifications for when:

  • You or a team member created a smart file draft

  • A file was sent to a client

  • A client viewed a file for the first time

  • A client made a payment

  • A contract was signed

  • A smart file was completed

  • You received a message

  • A session was scheduled


Review a project's notifications

To review the notifications, find and open the project you'll view notifications for by using the search bar or accessing the project pipeline.

From here, you can scroll to find when any actions in the list above happened, what file was included in that action, and view sessions in your calendar.
