You can view your teammates' tasks if they're participants in the same project as you.

If there are tasks you'd like to your team to have access to, add the tasks to a project if they aren't already, and make sure all teammates who should have access to view those tasks are added as participants. You can ask your team members to do the same for you for any tasks you can't currently see.
