How to manually adjust the status of a completed smart file.

Updated over a week ago

For extra control over your files, you can manually mark smart files as completed. You can only manually mark a smart file as complete once your client has completed all actions on that file.

  1. Use the search bar or select Projects from the top navigation menu to find the project that holds the smart file you want to mark as complete

  2. Once you're in the project workspace, locate the smart file you want to mark as complete

  3. You can mark a file as complete two ways:

    1. From the project's activity feed, select the three dot icon on the smart file > select Mark as complete

    2. Open the smart file's File Summary by selecting it > select the three dot icon > select Mark as complete
