Track HoneyBook payments

How to keep tabs on all of your client payments

Once your client makes a payment, you'll receive an email and notification in your notification center. You can track the status of the payment in the Payments section of your HoneyBook account and the contact workspace. The payment processing time and fees will vary depending on how your client paid.

Track recent payments for all clients

  1. From the navigation menu, select Finance > Payments

  2. From here, you'll find outstanding and paid payments, as well as their statuses, due dates, and amounts.

    2. If you need more details on your client's payment method, or are looking to issue a refund, click on the payment in question to open additional information and perform actions.


Track payments for a specific client

  1. Access the contact workspace for the client in question

  2. Select the Payments tab

  3. From here, you can view all invoice and payment history in HoneyBook for that particular client
