Your notification center is located under the bell icon in the top right of your account. It's a HoneyBook-specific hub where you can receive notifications for new inquiries, payments, and more.
When a new notification comes in, the number badge on the bell icon will update to indicate how many unread notifications you have.
Notification topics
HoneyBook notifications are organized across 11 topics:

Manage your notification preferences
You can control what HoneyBook notifies you about and which channels each alert is delivered to. Notification settings are personal, and each user can manage their own preferences independently.
To access your notification settings, go to Settings → My Account → Notifications, or click the sliders icon in the top right corner of the notification center
The page is organized as a grid of topics and channels. The three delivery channels are:
In-app — Bell icon and notification feed in the web app
Mobile push — HoneyBook mobile app
Email — Sent to your inbox
Each topic has a toggle for each channel. Turning off a topic's channel mutes all notifications within that topic for that channel at once. You can also expand any topic to reveal its individual notification types and toggle each one per channel independently. All changes save automatically.
Always-on alerts
A small set of critical notifications can never be turned off. This includes notifications regarding:
Disputes
Tax information issues
Broken integrations (such as Gmail or Google Calendar disconnecting)
Security events
Everything else is yours to adjust as you see fit for your account.
Mobile push notifications
If push notifications aren't enabled on your phone, or you haven't installed the HoneyBook mobile app, the Mobile push column will show a status indicator ("Push is off" or "Not installed") with steps to resolve it. You can still configure your mobile push preferences ahead of time — your settings will take effect automatically once push is enabled on your device.
