Your notification center is located under the bell icon to the top right of your account. It's a HoneyBook-specific hub where you can receive notifications for new inquiries, payments, and more.
When a new notification comes in, the number badge on the bell icon will update to indicate how many unread notifications you have.
Different notification types
Lead inquiries: New inquiries coming through your lead sources
Project-related messages: Client messages or document uploads
Activity in client files: Files viewed or completed, contracts signed, services selected, or questions submitted
New payments: Payments that've been made
Referral program statuses: Activity on referrals you've made
Customize notifications you receive

There's no way to adjust the frequency of, or projects for which, you receive notifications in your notification center as these are universal settings. You can, however, control the types and cadence of email notifications.
Select the bell icon > filter icon
Turn notification types on or off
Select DONE
Moving forward, only the selected notification types will appear in your notification center.
Actions you can take from the notification center
Mark all notifications as read at once
Mark an individual notification as read
Mark an individual notification as unread
Toggle between unread and all notifications
Select a notification to view the corresponding file, project, etc.
Select Show more to view more notifications
