Once your client makes a payment, you'll receive an email and notification in your notification center. You can track the status of the payment in the Payments section of your HoneyBook account and the contact workspace. The payment processing time and fees will vary depending on how your client paid.

Track recent payments for all clients
From the navigation menu, select Finance > Payments
From here, you'll find outstanding and paid payments, as well as their statuses, due dates, and amounts

If you need more details on your client's payment method, or are looking to issue a refund, click on the payment in question to open additional information and perform actions
Track payments for a specific client
Access the contact workspace for the client in question
Select the Payments tab
From here, you can view all invoice and payment history in HoneyBook for that particular client
Download a payments report
You're also able to export payment information to a CSV. This report is perfect for getting a detailed overview of your income over a specific time period.
From the navigation menu, select Reports
Click the Download reports button > select the Payments completed report type
Choose the time frame for the data you’d like to show in your report
If you select Custom, make sure to enter the date range in the "From" and "To" fields
Select Download
Your custom CSV report will download to your device, from where you can open it to view all your insights. If needed, you can also export the CSV as a PDF from your device. If you don't see the download, try checking your browser's pop-up settings.
