The brand import feature allows you to set up and personalize your new account with a few clicks.
When creating your account, just enter your website URL and your brand elements—brand colors, your logo, social media links, and a profile picture—will pull in from your site. Then, the tool will drop those assets into your new account, saving you time on account setup while still giving you full control over your branding.

When you sign up for a trial and create your account, you’ll have the option to enter your business website.
✅ Note
You will need a live business website in order for us to collect your brand information. If you don’t have a website, you can still add your brand information manually.
When you enter your URL, the brand import tool will review your site and import key brand elements to automatically personalize your HoneyBook account. That way, you can instantly have the look and feel of your personal brand—with no heavy lifting required.
This is designed to help you expedite your account setup process, but you are still in full control of your own brand and processes. You can always choose to use or not use any AI features.
What information will be imported?

The tool will attempt to pull assets you’ve already included on your website, such as your:
Company logo
Profile picture
Social media links
Main brand colors
Once the assets have been imported, you’ll be able to see a preview of what a file in HoneyBook will look like. You can also choose to edit or remove any of the assets by clicking the pencil icon.
If the tool can’t find one or more of these brand elements, they’ll simply be blank. You can follow the steps to add your own branding when you’re ready.
Once imported, you can find the images in your Library and your brand color in the Company Brand section of your settings.

Yes, you can edit or delete the imported brand information and upload your own at any time.
To edit an asset, select the pencil icon on the element you need to change.
To delete all, select Clear Brand Elements, then follow the steps to add your own branding when you’re ready.

If you’re receiving an error message, make sure:
Your website is spelled correctly
You’ve included the full URL (i.e. www.amazinginnovations.com vs. amazinginnovations.com)
The website is live online
The website is yours exclusively
