Updated today

If you manage more than one brand or business under the same HoneyBook account, you can easily switch between companies to keep each one organized. Every company has its own branding, templates, projects, payments, and reports—so you can manage multiple brands without juggling multiple logins.

This article explains how to switch companies on web and mobile, and what to know if you need to change which company is your primary company in your HoneyBook account.

Why switch between companies

Each company in your HoneyBook account has its own:

  • Branding and templates for client communications

  • Project pipeline and contact lists

  • Bank account for receiving payments

  • Reports and settings for independent financial tracking

Switching lets you move seamlessly between brands while keeping all your data separated and secure.
