The HoneyBook app offers push notifications that immediately notify you of new inquiries, payments, and more.
Push notification options
By enabling notifications on the mobile app you're opting in to HoneyBook sending a push notification whenever one of the following happens.
You receive a new inquiry
You receive a new message in a workspace
Your client signs a contract
Your client makes a payment
You receive a payment that qualifies for instant deposit
Your client views an invoice/contract
Your client submits service selections
Your client submits a questionnaire
Your client schedules a meeting
Your client makes a change to a scheduled meeting
A task you created is due
iOS: View and manage your notifications
Notifications for all projects can be accessed from any screen, and you can manage what notifications can be pushed to your phone's lock screen from the app's settings.
View notifications
From the bottom navigation menu, select Notifications to view:
Tap on a notification to get taken to that project or file
Search for a project or file using the search icon at the top of your screen
Mark all notifications as read by tapping the check icon at the top of your screen
Manage push notifications
From your home screen, tap your profile picture
Under App Settings, tap Mobile notifications
Tap Allow notifications (if the option is available)
Toggle on the push notifications you want to receive
If prompted to confirm the change, tap Allow

Review your notifications
Tap on a notification to get taken to that project or file
Search for a project or file using the search icon at the top of your screen
Mark all notifications as read by tapping the check icon at the top of your screen
Manage push notifications
From the bottom navigation menu, select Settings
Tap Mobile notifications
Toggle on which notifications you want to receive
If prompted to confirm the change, tap Allow
