Understanding discrepancies in amounts synced from HoneyBook to QuickBooks

Updated over a week ago

Your HoneyBook invoices currently factor in discounts pre-tax, so you may occasionally see a discrepancy in QuickBooks if you've included a discount amount in a HoneyBook Invoice.

To resolve the discrepancy, check your Quickbooks Online invoice to ensure that Discount is shown before Tax. If Discount is displayed after the Tax box, you can easily switch the totals by clicking on the up/down arrows to the left of your Discount and Tax areas in QuickBooks.
