Your Contacts page provides a bird's-eye view of all clients and leads you've added to HoneyBook. From here, you can customize your view and take actions like editing contact details, adding new contacts, accessing the client workspace, and more.
Find the Contacts page
From the navigation menu, select Contacts
Choose if you'd like to view All contacts, only Clients (contacts with booked projects), or only Leads (contacts without booked projects)
Adjust your view
Once you're on the Contacts page, you can adjust the information you see with filters, column reordering, and more.
Use filters
Select the Filter icon
Select any of the available filter options. You can filter by:
Contact type (contacts without projects, contacts with projects, and more)
Tag
Your filters will apply and only the contacts that have the selected information will appear.
Show/hide columns
Select the show/hide columns icon
Check or uncheck the boxes by columns to show/hide them from your view
Your changes will apply and only the selected columns will appear.
Reorder columns
Select the show/hide columns icon
Check or uncheck the boxes by columns to show/hide them from your view
Select Manage columns
Use the six-dot icon to drag and drop columns to a new order
Click Save
Your changes will apply and the new column order will appear on your Contacts page, so long as you've chosen to show (not hide) the columns in question.
Sort by
Hover over a column header
If a sort by icon appears (up/down arrows), you're able to sort by that column's values
Click the column header to sort your contacts by that column's values
Click the column header again to reverse the sort order
Take actions
Once you're on the Contacts page, you can also take a number of different actions.
Add new contacts
Learn how to add new contacts here. Whenever you add a new contact or contacts to HoneyBook, they'll be saved on your Contacts page.
Export your contact list
Add last interaction date
First, make sure you've chosen to show the Last interaction column
By the contact in question, click into the Last interaction field > select a date
Note that at this time, the last interaction date will not update automatically. You must manually set and update the value
Edit a contact's info
Access the client workspace
Locate the contact in question
Click on their name to be brought to their client workspace
