How to use your pipeline for project insights

Updated yesterday

The pipeline is a tool that helps you view and organize your client projects. This article will cover how to locate and navigate your pipeline below.

Find your pipeline

The pipeline is visible in the Projects tab of your HoneyBook account. From there, you can:

  • Click on Active Projects to view everything that's currently in the works

    • All projects except those that are archived will appear here

  • Click on an individual stage to see all projects in that stage

  • Click on Archived to view projects you've archived

View your team members' pipelines

If you have team members that are part of your company in HoneyBook, you'll see some additional details in your pipeline to help with project management.

From the top of your pipeline, click the drop-down > select the team member's pipeline you'd like to view, or select View all to view all projects under the company.

Use pipeline filters

Pipeline filters are located at the top of your list of projects, across all pipeline stages. You can use filters to organize and prioritize your projects. The filters include:

  • Project name: Clicking this filter will sort projects alphabetically by name

  • Project date: Sort projects in ascending or descending order by project date

  • Project type: Sort projects alphabetically by project type

  • Moved: Sort projects in ascending or descending order by the date they moved to their current pipeline stage

  • Recent activity: Sort projects in ascending or descending order by recent activity (payments, e-signatures received)

    • Filtering by ascending recent activity can allow you to see recent projects that may require follow up

Show/hide pipeline columns

From your pipeline, click the column icon and check/uncheck the columns that you'd like to appear.

Your choices will save for whenever you access the pipeline moving forward, so you can more access the information you need.
