Can I add custom HTML into my email signature?

You can't currently add custom HTML code into your email signature, but can still directly add links to your social media accounts, or website and hyperlink directly to those web pages. Images cannot be hyperlinked in email signatures.


Can I completely remove my company name?

You can't currently remove your company name, but you can edit it at any time. To edit your company name, select your profile photo > select Company settings > select your company name in the first section of the new page > edit your company name. Your changes will automatically save.


How do I change my name on the account?

To change your own name on your account (not your company's name), select your profile photo > select My account > change your name under "Full Name." Your changes will automatically save.


My logos or images keep getting stretched when I upload them. What should I do?

HoneyBook will try to stretch to fit your logos and images if they don't match the image sizes HoneyBook uses. If you notice your logos or images are distorted, they might not be the right size for the kind of image you're uploading. Check the dimensions of your image to confirm they're the right size. If they aren't, then adjust the dimensions and reupload the image.
