All about how clients interact with questions in smart files.

Updated over a month ago

When clients answer questions on a shared smart file or schedule sessions with you, they're supplying you with information that you need to execute on your work.

Whether that's async through the questions or by scheduling time to connect with you, smart files provide ways for clients to answer questions you have for them.

When a client receives a smart file with questions, they can add their responses from any device. If they miss a required question, they'll be prompted to answer it before proceeding or submitting the file.

Responses are automatically saved. If the client closes the smart file, they can resume where they left off when they reopen the document. After submission, if a client lets you know they need to make a change to the file, you have the option to edit and resend the file.

Learn how to add questions to a smart file and how to track your client's progress with a smart file.
