Updated this week

You can use tags to filter through and group projects and contacts.

Manage tags

  1. From the navigation menu, select Settings > Company settings

  2. By "Tags," select the pencil icon

  3. Edit your tags. From here:

    1. Create new tag: Select the Create tag (plus) icon and enter the tag name, then select a color > Save

    2. Edit existing tag: Hover over the tag in question and select the pencil icon. Then enter a new name and select a new color > Save

    3. Delete existing tag: Hover over the tag in question and select the pencil icon > Delete

  4. Select Done

📚 Tip

Consider creating tags for:

  • Project statuses, for example, "Urgent" or "On hold"

  • Project locations, for example, "Virtual" or "Live"

  • Contact types, for example, "Frugal" or "Big spender"

  4. Select what tags you'll filter by. As you select tags, your projects will get filtered.

    1. Remove a filter by selecting the dropdown (∨) icon next to it > three-dot icon > Delete filter

Tag management for contacts

Add tags to contact

  1. From the navigation menu, select Contacts

  2. Find the contact(s) you'll add a tag to

  3. Either:

    1. In the pop-up that appears at the bottom, select Add tags. In the "Add tags..." dropdown, select the tags > Add to [number of] contact(s)

    2. Scroll to the right until you see the “Tags” column, then hover and select Add tags. In the "Add tags..." dropdown, select the tags you'll add to the contact.
