What to label buttons in your files and templates

How to best title your buttons in smart files to create an organized and compelling client experience.

HoneyBook recommends buttons in smart files have task specific titles that accomplish one of these:

  • Indicate to your client that they’ve completed the current page

  • Introduce them to what’s expected on the next page by titling the button after the action of the next page (e.g., "Contract," "Invoice," "Services," "Welcome," "Meet Us," etc.)
