See how to schedule or delete sessions from within a project.

Updated over 2 months ago

Having your session types in place benefits your clients or leads by giving them access to schedule time on your calendar.

Instead of creating a new calendar event from scratch, you can use one of your pre-made session types as a starting point. This eliminates the need to re-add session details, descriptions, instructions, and lengths. By picking a time, all the necessary session details will already be in place.

📣 Note

If you aren't seeing the right times displayed on your session links, use the Scheduler troubleshooter for help.

Schedule a session from a project workspace

1. Use the search bar or go to the Projects tab to locate the project that you'll schedule a meeting for

2. Next to the project participants, select Schedule > select the session type you'll schedule

3. Adjust the session details as needed > select Schedule

a. You won't be notified of any conflicts, so have your calendar handy so you don't double-book yourself

b. The time zone used will match your company settings

4. Decide whether the project participants should receive an email notification of the meeting

From here, this session will be added to your full HoneyBook calendar, as well as tracked within the project itself.

Note

You can reschedule or edit the meeting from your calendar by selecting it > selecting Edit.

Cancelling a session from the project workspace

  1. Use the search bar or go to the Projects tab to locate the project that you'll cancel a meeting for

  2. Locate the session you want to cancel > select the trash can icon

  3. Confirm you want to delete the session by selecting Confirm

From here, the meeting will be removed from the project workspace as well as your calendar.
