Your HoneyBook Library is where you store frequently used images, PDFs, and other files so you can easily reuse them across your business. With folder-based organization, you can group and find assets quickly without scrolling through a flat list. For best results, check out our image sizing guidelines.
📣 Note
Client-uploaded images or files submitted through a project or workspace aren’t automatically added to your Library. To add them, upload them manually.

📚 Tips
There's no limit to the number of images and files you can store in your Library, though each individual file can be up to 15 MB
If you're using an image in an image block, you can adjust the content width or crop it. For thumbnail or item images, make sure you're using the right image size.
Images can't be embedded in the body of an email or email template — they can only be added as attachments. Learn more about attaching files to emails.
